October VO2 Digest

First and foremost, happy World Vegetarian Day! In celebration, we have officially launched our new website for the cafe, and with it, a monthly newsletter. Here you’ll be able to find out new happenings at the cafe, including menu specials and events, and learn more about how we plan to make a positive impact on our community!

We we are excited to announce we will be participating in Veg Fest on October 24-25. For more info on the event, please visit bostonveg.org. Last year was so much fun and we hope to see you there.

Currently we have our famous cashew cheese available on the weekends. We temporarily removed it from our menu, but it has been brought back by popular demand. If you have yet to try it, it’s a must! It’s good on a bagel or toast, or even an addition to a sandwich.

We also still have our sandwich special available, called the Chao Bella. It has Field Roast Chao cheese (so good!) with our house-made pesto, heirloom tomatoes, sweet red onions, mixed greens and our lemon vinaigrette dressing, which is served on ciabatta. Come by to try it while it’s still around!

As we head further into fall we will be sure to have some delicious soup ready for you. We cook a daily soup so check our Facebook page or call in to see what we will be serving that day.
